A Wonderful Sunday

Sunday morning we had breakfast with a friend/co-worker of Joe's, Shelia. Lillian played shy for most of the breakfast but later warmed up a bit when we went to see Miss Shelia's dog and the two dogs she was dog sitting.

After that we headed over to a local store for their open house. Lillian enjoyed homemade mini doughnuts, punch and apple cider while mommy and daddy sipped champagne while browsing. The store has a huge reindeer on display and we HAD to get on it:



Lillian also tried on some feather wraps and found feather brooches for all of us. Lillian and I had pink and Joe got a brown one. Lillian had a blast playing in the toy section and looking at the Christmas decorations.



We hopped in the car to go home and Lillian fell asleep. To make sure she actually took a nap that day, we decided to hear over to another town to go grocery shopping. We picked up some things for a quick dinner and Lillian got to eat some samples and headed to a local park before it got dark. After the park it was back home to make dinner, play, some hot cocoa, bed and bath.
